Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made up to fifteen (15) business days @ 12 noon EST in order to offer the space to those on the waiting list . All cancellations must be received by email to info@akiconsulting.ca and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after that unless your space can be filled.
Aki Consulting reserves the right to cancel an event or any associated functions at its sole discretion. In the event of such, a full refund will be made. Aki Consulting expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not, for example, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
